MAKE AND CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION
Reservations are made by completing and sending the booking form or send an email with a specific client demand. For reservations up to 14 nights is online booking system, payment card, debit or credit card is needed for booking process. Reservations for longer than 14 nights are on request, for reservations which are longer than 14 nights please use our contact form. By online reservation is charged to the client pre – payment by our terms of payment. After completing the online booking process client will receive a booking confirmation with all necessary informations. For reservations which are longer that 14 nights client will receive an e-mail confirming the date or alternative offer. Part of responsible e-mail will be price calculation for the entire stay. To fixed reservation, pre-payment is required by our terms of payments. Upon receipt of payment / advance payment, will be sent to the client e-mail confirmation of reservation.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Advance payments for reservations are charged on base of term stay as follows:
- Length of stay 1-3 nights: price in amount one night of stay is required
- Length of stay 4 to 30 nights: 30% of the total price of the stay is required. Surcharge for stay we required to pay in cash upon arrival at the apartment.
- Length of stay over 30 nights: deposit amount and payment terms will be determined by mutual agreement of accommodation providers and clients
In case of business stays with special payment requirements (for example payments by bank transfer), please use the contact form with specification the dates of stay and the type apartment
Price includes a stay in the apartment including taxes and fees, consumed energy, internet access via WiFi, weekly cleaning for stays longer than 7 nights and final cleaning.
We charge a deposit of 100 euros for keys in cash by arrival as security for possible damage to the apartment and its equipment. The deposit will be returned to the client upon delivery of the keys from the apartment.
The clients are obliged to observe the silent hours 22:00 to 07:00. In case of a unacceptable behavior we are reserving the right to break your rental without your entitlement to return any payments.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION / RESERVATION CHANGES
Cancellations will be accepted only in writing sent by e-mail address: info@apartmentscitycentre.sk and the only person who made the reservation.
Provider is not responsible for weather, illness or changes in travel plans of clients, nor for delays of transport links.
Confirmed bookings are considered for binding and their eventual abolition are guided by below cancellation charges.
Cancellation fees
- Cancellations more than 21 days before arrival: cancellation fee in amount one night of stay.
- Cancellations 21 to 0 days before arrival: for stays up to 3 nights cancellation fee is in amount one night of stay, for stays longer that 3 nights cancellation fee is in amount 30% of the total price.
If confirmed by reducing the number of nights number of clients will be canceled nights considered canceled and the amount of reservation cancellation fee is governed by the same terms as the abolition of the reservation.
Reducing the number of guests does not affect the total price of the stay.
Cancellation and changes during the stay are possible only after one month of commencement of stay.
Provider in exceptional cases, reserves the right to provide the client with another apartment in a reasonable quality especially in case of natural disasters, accidents at installations and pipelines and the like. The provider also undertakes to comply with the total price for accommodation and any expenses associated with a higher price borne by the provider.

Check - in / Check-in is after 14:00 pm
Check - out / Check out is by 11:00 am
Fees for "Late check - out / departure later":
- Check out after 14:00 - 20 Euros fee
- Check out after 16:00 - 30 Euro charge
- Check out after 18:00 - 40 Euro charge
- The arrival and departure before 07:00 am and arrival after 23:00 pm We charge 10 Euros
