The prices are in Euro and include payment for night and apartment with complete equipment, bed linen, towels and tourist tax.
The price include weekly cleaning and bed linen changing. Towels are changed after 3 nights of stay.
More frequently cleaning is upon request and is charged for 12 Euro per occasion.
Renting conditions
Payment is in cash on arrival, unfortunately no credit cards or travellers cheques are accepted.
By booking the apartment a secure pre-payment in amount one night rent is required. Can be paid in cash or sent by a bank transfer (bank details upon request).
By arrival a deposit in amount of one day- rent in cash is required and will be paid back by departure, if no damages on apartment and furniture will appear.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation whitin 5 days / 120 hours before arrival or no show, secure pre-payment will be not payed back.
